FURA ONYX offers watches and fashion accessories curated for style, everyday wear, and personal expression.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, specifications, colors, prices, and availability as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, product photography, supplier updates, manufacturing batches, or packaging changes.

Final checkout currency may vary depending on Shopify, payment gateway settings, selected payment method, market settings, or customer location.

We may accept payments through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, PayPal, Cashfree, card payments, UPI, wallets, net banking, or other available payment methods depending on your location and checkout availability.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the selected payment provider to process your transaction.

FURA ONYX is not responsible for payment failures, bank declines, card issues, PayPal account limitations, Razorpay/Cashfree processing issues, payment gateway errors, foreign transaction fees, currency conversion fees, or delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment providers.

5. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order request has been received, but it does not always mean the order has been finally accepted, processed, or fulfilled.

FURA ONYX reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, incomplete address details, unsupported delivery location, supplier limitation, or logistics issue.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method where possible, subject to payment gateway and bank timelines.

6. Shipping and Delivery

FURA ONYX provides free shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. After dispatch, estimated delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier schedules, international transit, customs checks, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect address details, recipient unavailability, KYC/identity verification requirements, or other factors outside our direct control.

7. International Fulfillment

Some FURA ONYX products may be fulfilled through domestic or international suppliers, warehouses, shipping partners, or fulfillment partners.

Certain products may be shipped directly from international fulfillment partners to your delivery address. This helps us maintain product availability and provide free shipping on all orders.

By placing an order with FURA ONYX, you understand and agree that your order may be processed, packed, or shipped through an international fulfillment channel where applicable.

8. Duties, Taxes, Customs Clearance, and KYC

FURA ONYX aims to make delivery as smooth as possible for customers.

Where available, we use shipping channels in which applicable duties and taxes are generally handled through the shipping process. Because of this, customers are usually not expected to pay separate customs duty or import tax at delivery.

However, international shipments may still be examined by customs or courier authorities as part of standard clearance procedures. These checks are controlled by customs or courier authorities and are outside the direct control of FURA ONYX.

For India orders, customs or courier authorities may rarely request recipient KYC, identity verification, address proof, or additional clearance information. KYC is separate from customs duty and is not a payment.

If any customs, courier, or KYC-related request is made, customers are requested to contact us at furaonyx@gmail.com so we can guide them as best as possible.

In rare and exceptional cases, if customs or courier authorities request any additional duty, tax, clearance fee, or destination-country charge outside what is handled through our shipping channel, such requests are outside FURA ONYX's direct control and may need to be handled as required by the relevant authority.

9. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with FURA ONYX, you agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

Customers are responsible for:

Providing the correct shipping address
Providing a reachable phone number and email address
Ensuring recipient details are accurate
Responding to courier communication where required
Cooperating with any courier/customs/KYC verification request where applicable
Contacting FURA ONYX before refusing delivery or ignoring a courier/customs request

FURA ONYX may not be responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, return, shipment hold, or loss caused by incorrect information, unreachable recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to cooperate with courier/customs requirements.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

FURA ONYX offers a 10-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, with tags/accessories where applicable, and free from damage, scratches, alteration, or misuse to be eligible for return.

FURA ONYX also offers a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery for genuine manufacturing or functional defects.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, water damage beyond stated product limits, normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, strap wear, cosmetic changes after use, battery replacement after regular use, or repairs/modifications done by a third party.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, dispatched, or forwarded to our supplier or fulfillment partner.

Once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
