Free Tracked Shipping

Fura Onyx offers free tracked shipping on all orders, worldwide. No shipping charges will be added at checkout — the full delivery cost is covered by us as part of our commitment to you.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order.

International Fulfillment

Fura Onyx fulfills orders through trusted international supply partners. Certain products may be shipped directly from international warehouses to your delivery address. This enables us to maintain product availability and competitive pricing across our catalogue.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Clearance

No separate customs duty or import tax is expected from customers at delivery. Fura Onyx uses shipping channels where applicable duties and taxes are generally handled through the shipping process. If you receive any customs, courier, clearance, or payment request, please contact us at furaonyx@gmail.com before taking action.

International shipments may still be examined by customs or courier authorities as part of standard clearance procedures. In rare and exceptional cases, if customs or courier authorities request any additional charge outside what is handled through our shipping channel, such requests are outside Fura Onyx’s direct control.

India Orders — Recipient KYC / Identity Verification

For orders shipped to India, customs or courier authorities may occasionally request recipient KYC (Know Your Customer) or identity/address verification documents as part of the clearance process. This is a regulatory requirement by Indian customs or courier authorities. KYC is separate from customs duty and is not a charge. It is an identity or address verification step only.

If requested, you will typically be contacted by the courier with instructions. You may be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID). Prompt submission helps avoid delivery delays.
